Fat Dissolving Injection

Fat Dissolving injection is a popular and relatively new treatment that’s used to target those stubborn fat on your stomach, thighs, upper arms, buttocks and back – and even your face. 

The injection ‘dissolves’ and eliminates fat cells in a safe and effective way, making it perfect for dealing with stubborn fat that simply won’t budge, no matter how much you exercise. 

The main ingredient is a fat dissolving substance called sodium deoxycholate, which is found naturally in the body. This is injected into the treatment area using a needle or cannula which, over time, destroys the fat cells in this area. These are then removed from the body by its very own lymphatic system ，and just like that, the fat is gone!

For the best results, We recommend course of at least 3-4 sessions, held six weeks apart. Of course, this is dependent on the amount of fat you want to remove, and the part of your body you’re targeting. 

 

Contra-Indications

  • Has diabetes.

  • Has liver or kidney disease.

  • Has active skin problem in the area to be treated.

  • Are taking blood thinning medicine e.g. warfarin.

  • Auto-Immune Disorder 

 

Reaction after the treatment:

  • burning sensation

  • redness

  • swelling

  • bruising

 

Aftercare

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Avoid alcohol

  • Avoid caffeine (or lower intake)

  • Exercise regularly

  • Avoid Ibruprofen for 48 hours (paracetamol is fine to use)

  • Massage the area towards the lymphatic system (outer part of body) 2-3 times a day for at least a week
